Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and Refunds to credit cards are subject to a restocking fee of 10%

If store credit is chosen full amount is returned.

If the fault is on the stores this fee will of course be waved.

Return & Exchange Policy

All products have a 14-day return window once marked delivered. We will replace any damaged, or defective products. All returns will be inspected within 3 days of being returned and refunds will be initiated the same day as inspection approval. Sealed product that has been opened can not be returned.

 

Why inspect?

This ensures no products are tampered with and returned which could end up in the hands of another customer ruining their experience of opening a new product.  

Billing

Billing

We require on all orders shipping and billing to match, any order that doesn't will be canceled. If for whatever reason you wish to ship to a different address for whatever reason, we will require Identification which matches the name on the Payment account.
